Hi everyone here that is probably flipping because you want to get rid of your nipple problems. I went through what you all felt and I would say that there is no solutions without a cost. Surgery would take a few thousand dollars. -yep this is kind of the only effective solution here (well and maybe some remedies that may or may not help). This is no life threatening problem. It does not affect your health, at all. The only problem that this thing causes is social problem. Having puffy nipples as a teen may really undermine your confidence (by a lot for my case). I would stop doing activities I love such as playing football. I would even have to change the way I walk, wear oversized shirt. Haha I think most of you can relate to this.
I was wondering because I think when I was younger back in my teens I had a ball or something under my nipples but (and I have no idea since when) now there is no hard object under my nipples. Just a biiiig puffy squishy nipple. Like it is embarrassing to take my shirt off unless it is cold. Even then I still do not 99% of the time. I remember a doctor telling me (when I first noticed as a teen) that it meant I had high testosterone and not to worry unless it got bigger. Eventually it did but I forgot about he whole doctors information and just let it be. I did get my testosterone levels checked back in June 2014. They range from 280-800 something. I came in at 290. I am 21 years old. I was 20 at time of test. Those might be in the normal range but not for my age. That is normal for maybe a 50 year old. But even a 50 year old might not be that low.
