My thunderous breasts caused me constant neck and back pain. With boobs hanging down to my stomach, none of my clothes fit correctly. I looked obscene in a swimsuit and felt like an old lady. After surgery I went from a 36 DDD to a 36 B. I love my little boobs! I look ten pounds lighter. Recovery is a bear, though. (Icing really helps.) Still worth it! Went smaller than I first thought and am glad I did. Didn't want to go through all this and still be big. Beware of applying Embrace too soon (applied two wks post-op).I got an infection that set me back. Except for that, a great experience.

Having said all that, it might take a while for these images to become the norm, and it is too early to know if they will drive sales. I've just shown these pictures to a 53-year-old friend, who is a 38DD, and she recoiled. 'WTAF! The boobs need to be higher, there is no cleavage! Ew!'
