Jennifer Jason Leigh has made a name for herself as the quirky lead of countless big budget - and smaller budget, independent - movies across four decades now. She has gone from her breakthrough role in the 1982 teen comedy Fast Times At Ridgemont High to playing multiple award-nomiinated characters like the toothless outlaw Daisy Domergue in Quentin Tarantino's 2015 movie The Hateful Eight. Few people probably recall quite how many movies they have seen her star in. Backdraft, Last Exit To Brooklyn, Dolores Claiborne, Shortcuts, The Hudsucker Proxy, Mrs Parker And The Vicious Circle, The Hitcher and Road To Perdition are just a few which spring to mind. The movie which probably saw her fame really take off was the 1992 box-office hit Single White Film, where she played a psychopathic roommate terrorizing Bridget Fonda.
