Meet Roberto Esquivel Cabrera. He is 54 years old and lives in the city of Saltillo in northeastern Mexico. He claims to have an 18.9 inch penis, just like every other guy who offers dick pics out of the blue. Except, wait, Cabrera's pics sort of match the stats:

According to the article, "[Cabrera] survives on social assistance and scavenges for food and materials on waste dumps. He has no friends and says people 'shun' him wherever he goes." His penis has also been a disadvantage to his love life, as women are too scared to have sex with him. While his penis can become erect (apparently, remaining the same size when it does), it is too big to make penetration possible.
In spite of all of this, Cabrera said he is satisfied with the way things (peen things) are, and has refused multiple medical attempts to reduce his penis so that he could lead a normal life. "I'm happy with my penis," he told Barcroft. "I know nobody has the size I have in the world." He hopes to one day move back to the US, where he believes people are more "liberal" and where he could find a woman that was willing to deal with his size, and become a porn star. That might be difficult, however, given that he was deported from the US in 2011 for, Barcroft alleges, numerous counts of indecent exposure.
Measuring in at 18.9 inches, Roberto claims to have the biggest penis in the world and he hopes to be recognised by the Guinness book of records.
The half-metre member is the source of much pride for Roberto despite the medical issues it has caused him.
The gargantuan size of Roberto’s penis also makes sexual encounters impossible.
“I am famous because I have the biggest penis in the world,” Roberto told Barcroft TV.
“I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have.
“I would like to be in the Guinness book of records but they don’t recognise this, they don’t accept it.”
