In Switzerland, laws are more lenient. The, um, penal code does not ban public nudity, as long as it is not indecent or disorderly. This right, along with the constitutional amendment guaranteeing freedom of artistic expression, has enabled Zollinger to put together several smaller shows in the past, all of which have featured nude performances.











The photo shoot by New York artist Spencer Tunick, famous for his pictures of nude gatherings in public settings worldwide, was designed to draw attention to the effects of global warming on Switzerland's shrinking glaciers.
