Annette Funicello was one of the original Disney TV Mouseketeers (who, uhhh, 'grew' to be one of the hottest and most popular among many teens (including at least one of my brothers)) and then an actress in some "Beach Blanket Bingo" movies with Frankie Avalon and later a TV ad spokesperson for Skippy peanut butter. And may she rest in peace.
